BPA’s process utilises a novel feedstock and includes the use of high performance continuous fermentations which are rarely (if ever) used in yeast manufacture.
As a result the BiOnyc products are consistently high in quality and just as importantly they are consistent in flavour - batch fermentation methods rarely achieve this consistency.
